Earlier today, May 21st, Hugh Jackman joined his X-Men: Days Of Future Past co-stars for an interview at SiriusXM. James McAvoy and Patrick Stewart – both of whom play Charles Xavier in the upcoming film – were on-hand to help promote the film. Although there is yet no footage or sound clips from the interview (I heard it’s meant to air on Friday morning), there are several photos from the event in the gallery. It looks like they had an absolute blast — can’t wait for the interview!
I have finally added a ton of X-Men: Days Of Future Past photos to the gallery. My apologies for being so very delayed in providing these — I don’t even know how some (see: the early posters) escaped me! You can now find several new behind the scenes, posters and promotional, and film still images all in the gallery, at the highest resolution(s) I was able to find. Please enjoy.
After a long promo tour that took him halfway around the world, Hugh Jackman arrived in Australia to celebrate the release of his upcoming film, X-Men: Days Of Future Past. Held in Melbourne, the film made its Australian debut, with support of co-stars Fan Bingbing and Peter Dinklage. Pictures appear to still be making their way online, so I’ll be sure to update as they come in. Stay tuned for potential video interviews from the red carpet as well.
On May 13th, Hugh Jackman joined Fan Bingbing and Peter Dinklage in Beijing to help promote X-Men: Days Of Future Past. The day was a busy one, complete with press conference, photo call, and an impressive premiere packed with eager fans. I’ve finally been able to locate some photos from the events, which have been added to the gallery. Sadly, there doesn’t appear to be any footage available from the press conference.
Empire has just debuted several new film stills for X-Men: Days of Future Past. Only one featured Hugh Jackman, but it’s a great shot: him lounging as Wolverine – shirtless, no less – with a chest full of bullet holes. Check out the source for more stills, including looks at Jennifer Lawrence, Patrick Stewart Ellen Page, Shawn Ashmore, James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, and director Bryan Singer.
The first trailer for the film drops on Tuesday, October 29th. Until then, enjoy a six-second teaser on Instagram.
The first film still featuring Hugh Jackman in X-Men: Days Of Future Past has been released. This will be his seventh – that’s right, seventh! – time portraying the character of Wolverine on film. Wearing some swanky 70s garb, he’s pictured alongside James McAvoy (portraying a young Charles Xavier, aka Professor X) and Nicholas Hoult (a young Hank McCoy, aka Beast).
I’ve also added a couple of behind the scenes images to the gallery, as provided by producer Lauren Shuler Donner and director Bryan Singer. The latter picture features Hugh on the final day of principle photography.
As previously mentioned, the entire cast of X-Men: Days of Future Past was in San Diego yesterday, July 20th, as part of the annual Comic-Con. Patrick Stewart, Halle Berry, James McAvoy, Anna Paquin, Ian McKellen, Jennifer Lawrence, Nicholas Hoult, Michael Fassbender, Shawn Ashmore, Peter Dinklage, Ellen Page, Evan Peters, and Omar Sy were all there to talk about the film, along with Hugh Jackman and director Bryan Singer. (Hugh actually had dual panel duties at the event, as he also joined James Mangold to talk about The Wolverine.) A little birdie told me you can watch the entire SDCC panel here on YouTube.
The annual Comic-Con always hosts an array of surprises and special treats, but the one presented by 20th Century Fox earlier today (July 20th) was one of the most spectacular ever brought to Hall H. The press conference – and, later, panel – for X-Men: Days of Future Past featured the entire cast! That includes Patrick Stewart, Halle Berry, James McAvoy, Anna Paquin, Ian McKellen, Jennifer Lawrence, Nicholas Hoult, Michael Fassbender, Shawn Ashmore, Peter Dinklage, Ellen Page, Evan Peters, and Omar Sy along with Hugh Jackman himself. Director Bryan Singer was also part of the panels.
At just over twenty minutes, the press conference – which you can watch in the video above – explores various topics among both the “new” and “old” X-Men cast. In fact, there’s a lot of discussion on collaborating and the experience of working with one another — with Hugh as a sort of binding force between them. It’s a lovely interview among everyone as you can tell they’re quite a close cast. Check it out!
Our first look at Hugh Jackman as Wolverine in X-Men: Days of Future Past has been revealed! Director Bryan Singer tweeted the photo, which also features Nicholas Hoult (as Beast) in the frame. What do you think of Hugh’s look in this film? Do you like the wig, or prefer the shorter style in The Wolverine? Check out Bryan’s tweet that accompanied the pic below:
