Grub Street Talks to Hugh about Laughing Man Coffee

There’s a great new – albeit short – interview by New York Magazine on the launch of Laughing Man Coffee. Hugh Jackman is asked about his inspiration behind this new charity. He also talks about his current favorite restaurants and jokes about who he wants his son, Oscar, to marry in the future. (Hint: the wedding would no doubt be filled with wonderful food.)
